If you are an exhausted parent because your toddler:
- is not able to fall asleep without the boob or the bottle or walking around the room till your legs hurt or you laying in bed with them for hours
- Is still waking multiple times at night
- Says NO to everything from getting their teeth brushed to lying in bed
- Throws temper tantrums at night which makes you run out of patience
But what you REALLY WANT is to have your toddler asleep in their own bed by a decent time without the struggles so you can finally get some down time to watch Nettflix, scroll on your phone or just chat with your partner at the end of a long exhausting day with your little one.
And what you REALLY REALLY WANT is to have your toddler sleep in their bed all night so they get the sleep they need and you get the sleep you need (because let's be real you probably haven't slept for a 7 hour stretch in atleast 2 years)
then this Masterclass is for YOU!
What I will be teaching in this Masterclass:
-
What causes Bedtime Battles & Multiple Night Wakings for toddlers?
- How to have smoother bedtimes
-
Is it too late? Can toddlers really be sleep trained?
Actually, Sleep Training is the wrong term to use for toddlers.
Instead, think of this as Sleep Learning where your toddler will be learning healthy sleep habits and independent sleep skills that will not only resolve their current sleep issues but also lay a foundation for great sleep in their whole childhood.
We will NOT use Cry-It-Out sleep training, punishments, time outs, scolding or just shutting the door.
Instead we'll be using a multi-pronged gentle approach to work with your toddler, not against them.
We will help them actually look forward to bedtime and give them the confidence to sleep on their own.
What you can expect after sleep training your toddler using the methods taught in the Masterclass:
-
Your toddler can fall asleep in their own bed/crib without needing you to feed or carry or pat or lie down next to them
-
Your toddler starts sleeping 10-12 hours straight at night
-
Bedtime is full of laughter and connection that you are both excited for!
-
You are getting great sleep hence you are more present and involved as a parent
-
You get night to yourself to relax and connect with your partner

FAQs :
- Do I need a crib? If your child is under 3 years of age, I would recommend a crib. But it's okay if they are in an open bed if the room is toddler-proofed.
- Can I continue to bed share? No.
- Can my toddler sleep in my room? It is advisable for your toddler to have their own room if they are in an open bed. If they are in a crib then room sharing is possible.
- Is your approach breastfeeding friendly? Yes.
- Is there going to be crying? Yes, there will be some crying during the sleep training process. But you don't have to leave your toddler alone during the process. Also, you can minimise the crying by adopting the strategies shared in the masterclass by preparing your toddler for the transitions.
- Is this suitable for twins? Yes.
